Upon receipt of the full registration fee and all registration documents each
participant will receive a confirmation of registration after July, 15, 2002.
|
|
| Cancellation |
|
|
The registration fee is non-refundable after September 10, 2002.
|
|
Hotel reservation
|
|
|
Accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of
the hotel booking form together with the credit card guarantee. Without a credit card
guarantee the hotel booking form cannot be processed.
For exceptions please contact K.I.T. GmbH.
|
|
K.I.T. GmbH will forward the credit card information to the hotel as guarantee
of the reservation. Depending on the payment policy of each hotel,
the credit card may be charged in advance (not earlier than 4 weeks prior arrival)
with the sum for the accommodation.
|
|
For cancellations up to August 15 a processing
fee of EUR 15,00 will be charged
from K.I.T. GmbH. In the event of cancellation after August 15
or no-show at the hotel the cancellation charges will be debited from the hotel
or K.I.T. GmbH. This does also apply for a reduction
in the length of stay notified after August 15.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing.
|
|
|
|
|
Transportation |
|
Shuttle buses will be provided from the conference hotels to the meeting place
and back into the city every morning and every evening. Further information will
follow by the final circular.
|
|
|
Catering |
|
Lunch will be served during the meeting on Friday to Sunday.
|
